What Makes this Home for Sale Different?

I'm new at this message board thing...so let me know if I need more instruction. My geek son is here from Colorado and he had to show me how to get this far.

I have a great house for sale in "The Woods". Kurt has once again outdone himself with panoramic photos/virtual tour that highlight many features of this one-of-a-kind custom home . Check it out at www.emeraldcoastTours.com/44ferncove ,or come by my open house at 44 Fern Cove (in "The Woods" subdivision off E. Pt. Washington Rd.) May 19, 20 and 21.

I've lowered the price from $679,000 to $600,000 with a 4% commission to a selling agent. "The Woods" is a great place to live, if I didn't have to move back to the midwest after 12+ years of living and working in South Walton I would be here forever. This is a great deal for someone!

I am amazed at the response from this message board! The number of views of this thread really surprised me...and I must say I have become addicted! While no current SoWaller bought it...the buyers soon will be Sowallers!

The purchasers are Lisa and Jeff Kane, who are moving here from the Cincinnati area. They are an engertic family of 5 who will be a great addition to the SoWal community. You'll hear more from them in the future. I have already introduced them to this message board!

Thanks again to all. I will miss South Walton, but will have SoWal.com where ever I go to keep in touch. Kurt, you're a good guy.

Congratulations on the sale of your home. Bob Dean is building a house for me in Sea Grove Beach and we have enjoyed working with him as well. He pays a lot of attention to details and, as you said, only builds a few homes a year. Cant wait to be come a SoWaller myself!
