I'm new at this message board thing...so let me know if I need more instruction. My geek son is here from Colorado and he had to show me how to get this far.
I have a great house for sale in "The Woods". Kurt has once again outdone himself with panoramic photos/virtual tour that highlight many features of this one-of-a-kind custom home . Check it out at www.emeraldcoastTours.com/44ferncove ,or come by my open house at 44 Fern Cove (in "The Woods" subdivision off E. Pt. Washington Rd.) May 19, 20 and 21.
I've lowered the price from $679,000 to $600,000 with a 4% commission to a selling agent. "The Woods" is a great place to live, if I didn't have to move back to the midwest after 12+ years of living and working in South Walton I would be here forever. This is a great deal for someone!
Come on by!

I fixed the link - it is a wonderful house and a great neighborhood.

Donna,
I love your house. I have been in it several times. -- before it was completed. I think your price is in the right neighborhood, but currently, there just aren't many buyers, other than some sharks which have been swimming around for a few weeks.
FYI - since Fern Cove isn't a widely recognized street name, you may consider writing "The Woods" on your signs on Bay Drive.
Good Luck with your sale.

I'm glad you like the house. Thanks for the advice. I wrote Fern Cove as an afterthought but you're right "The Woods" would be better. :clap_1:

Celtic Stone Masonry did the stone work. Their website is celticmason.com they were not inexpensive but you get what you pay for.
Sorry Joe, the smiley guy who spoke little english was Mauricio. He worked for the builder and was a really kind and thoughtful person. He was hit by a car riding his bike home after dinner shortly after they finished my house. His smile was alway there no matter what.

Ditto, You just never can count on tomorrow :( By the way TFT, still no stucco on the Alexander. Seems to be moving at snail pace again. :( :(

I am having an Open House Friday, Saturday and Sunday, May 26, 27 and 28th. Come by and see for yourself why this home is different from all the others on the market...or at least stop by to say "Hello".

::sigh::
The home is gorgeous.
Your house is exactly what we are looking for in design and size and finishings (am panting over the gas cooktop, everyone seems to use electric here), but we need to live at Port St Joe.
If we are out driving around, we might come by anyway.

Donna,
Really a gorgeous house! Love everything about it. I have the exact same green glass tile in one of our baths.
Good luck. If that was here in the Chicago 'burbs, it would sell in 1 hour - seriously.

Finally checked it out Donna ... love it!! You can see the quality. The kitchen is well-designed and spectacular and happens to be exactly to my taste. Love the exterior details, even those garage doors! I'll bet you are sorry to sell! Good luck.
