Your Mardi Gras Headquarters will kick off at 4pm on Fat Tuesday, February 13th with an extensive Mardi Gras Menu featuring Cajun Ed's Stuffed chicken wings, stuffed chicken wing & crawfish "Mac", house-smoked boudin links, house-made red Beans & rice, a seafood boil, King Cake and more!

Stinky's Annual Fat Tuesday Celebration!

Started by beloved local musician and artist Franko Washboard Jackson in 2014, the Twelfth Night Mardi Gras Band carries on his legacy and New Orlean’s influence on the musicians who laid way to the now thriving local music scene. Musicians are Bill Garrett, Fritz Froeschner, Joe Fingas, Adam Cooper and John Reinlie. The group takes the stage at 5pm inside Stinky’s Bait Shack.

The Stinky’s crew doesn’t mess around when it comes to food or music, especially during festival season. This year looks to be no different!

Chef Todd Meisner and staff have put together an over the top, mouth watering Mardi Gras menu featuring Speckled Trout Meunière, house-made boudin, boiled crawfish (fingers crossed for availability!) and King Cake by the slice or whole. Served all day, Tuesday, February 13th, inside Stinky’s Fish Camp.
