I have a pre-qualified buyer looking for a SFR 3BR/3BA+ on the south side of 30A with a gulf view... preferrably new construction and less than three lots from the beach. They're favorable to Sunset Beach and Summer's Edge but will consider other neighborhoods. Their budget is $800k.
