Lot loans

Anyone have any advice on where to get a lot loan? Looking to buy just the Lot but not build just yet so construction perm loan won’t work. Thanks! 🙂

That's a tough one. I don't know of any banks doing lot lones. Alternatives could be a home equity line of credit or a personal loan. Best of luck!

I have gotten lot loans in the past. The last one that I had was through Coastal Bank & Trust. Was an easy process but keep in mind the down payment is typically a little higher than that of a typical mortgage.
