Want to make CASH storing my small boat near 395? On the water a plus!

I am looking for a house or business that would allow me to store my boat at your home, business or dock. I live in a neighborhood that does not allow boats to be stored. It is a small 20 ft metal boat, and I will pay you to store boat. Will need access to a hose pipe or electrical on occasion, but not often. I am very clean, quiet, respectful. I am interested in starting to fish and need a place to keep a boat. Thank you for your consideration.
