We are considering building on our lot in Point Washington. Can anyone recommend a reliable builder who specializes in small houses and carriage house apartments (around 500 sq ft)? Any idea of a realistic price per square foot for such a structure, north of 30A? Our plan is to use this for vacationing and then add a larger structure a few years down the road.
