More traffic at the worst intersection in Seagrove. Won't they ever learn?

I'm sure the 30 day minimum will never be violated.

What size are units? Preconstruction price? Start date?

And they are already pushing the 335 ft. of "PRIVATE BEACH". The fact that it IS one of the worst intersections in Seagrove is because all the people crossing there coming from the beach. Where/how are they planning to accomodate all the people that have been customarily using that section of beach coming from Somerset and Beachwood Villas?

You think that intersection is bad now just wait til you have about 50 people with small kids in floaties standing there wondering where the he...ck they are supposed to go.

I’m not !! Prime ocean property on or with 450’ of gulf even with neighborhood beach access aren’t selling. Seen lots of homes over 100 days on the market.
