The site isn't very forthcoming with lot size information. Under FAQ there's this:

What are the lot sizes?
It depends on standard, corner or cul-de-sac. :idontno:


So then,

What are the lot sizes for Standard?
What are the lot sizes for Corner?
What are the lots sizes for Cul-de-sac?

The typical lot sizes out here are 40x90 that being for both standard and corners and the lots in the cul de sac are all around 77x100.
There is a 4000 lot premium for both corners and the lots in the cul de sac.
