Greetings,
I have recently listed a lot on Grayton Trail for $399,000. Grayton Trail is the small road, south of 30-A between Borago Restaurant and Rock Hard Designs / Monet. The lot is on the east (Western Lake) side of the road. This road is one of those that you don't forget - spanish moss, old magnolias and pines. It's private and secluded yet is an easy walk or bike ride to the Gulf and all that Grayton has to offer.

Here is a link to the listing:

For more information, please call me. Of course, if you are working with a Realtor, please have them contact me.

Thank you, and have a wonderful day!

:shock: That is an incredible price for that lot. I will pass the word around about its availability.
