Show me a similar house in watercolor doing $240k a yr rental i'll buy this on the spot. The real rental on a house like this is $160k or so. Please show me how you get a $240k run rate as the avg rental on 30-a will do 22-24 total weeks a yr worth of rentals blended between spring ,summer and fall.
