Pinecrest is the gated community just east of Rosemary Beach on the south side of 30A with upscale Rosemary Beach style homes. Pinecrest also boast one of the best pools in the area and is currently shared by only 5 other homes. which is fitting because it is right next door. Rental Machine. Wouldn't this be more accurately described as "Pinecrest @ Inlet Beach" ? Pinecrest has no association with Rosemary (a separate community). I know it is common practice to try and associate yourself with a community like Rosemary,and locals know the difference, but outsiders (aka-tourists) wouldn't know which and I think is misleading.

Was not my intention to mislead anybody, just wanted to give people more of a physical location then just saying inlet beach(a huge chunk of land). The neighborhood Pinecrest is next door to east side of Rosemary Beach on the south of 30a. Pinecrest is not in the Rosemary Beach play book. It is the gated community next door with one of the best community pools in the area with lots of Privacy and much lower HOA fees
