Perhaps if we knew the price, we may be able to see if any of our potential buyers have interest in the property.

Where is Peace Pond. Is that the area which used to be a pond on Baird, until the lady filled it in to build her house?

EDIT: Nevermind, I found your photo and see the lot. I didn't realize that Spotted Dolphin was part of Beach Highlands and couldn't think of another pond other than the one on Baird.

Seen any of these in Peace Pond?
