I think the devolper is a group out of Birmingham or Huntsville, AL (maybe Chase Group? or CG Partners). That must be the construction just starting on the east side of RB between 30A and 98. Sorry that I don't know anything about it maybe someone else will.

John Smithgall is corporate rep for Rosemary Corners LLC. 2705 Artie Street, Building 500, Suite 40, Huntsville, AL

Have a $1.2 mill mortgage Paid $1.1 mil early May. Just getting corp docs together. Nothing on the project yet.

Thanks so much for the information. I have found out that it is supposed to be called the Village at Rosemary Beach. a very upscale 66, 000 sq foot drug store anchored, 2 story specialty retail center. It is located directly adjacent to the "Town of Rosememary Beach".....Does anyone know of anyhting additional? Thanks!
