How do you know a property is over priced without knowing the actual price when calling on a Real Estate sign.......? Ready.....?

When the agent does not call you back to give you the price.

Hmmm or maybe he's busy juggling offers on it. Or maybe he's surfing.

Nope. He would still call you back if the price was right.... Fortunately, for Mr. Buyer there's not much surf here so that would rule me out. Hahaha.
I would hope this thread is not about me. As an agent that's the worst rep you could get.

No price or price tag is a bad sign - usually it means you can't afford it and it is overpriced!

...you can tell that it's overpriced by the deflated balloons and faded paint on the "Open House" sign.
