I just found a new construction Bayfront home on Bayshore drive in Miramar Beach priced at $1,350,000. This house has 4000 sq. ft. Pool and hot tub. The inside was completely custom. House looks magnificent. There is no way you could replace this house for that price.
Does anyone know anything about this house? I am completely shocked this house is still on the market.

(1) You know the location
(2) You know the size and the fact that it has a pool & hot tub
(3) You know the asking price
(4) You know the inside is completely custom
(5) You know Realtor-Guy Josh
Yet you say: Does anyone know anything about this house?
Are you asking for info like whether the house is haunted or something like that?
I think it's probably still on the market because there is lots of stuff along Bayfront that pencils out better than $1.35M--and they're still on the market too.

Shelly,
Thank you for your wisdon. Everyone can always count on your up to date, extremely intellegent comments.
Was hoping someone knew who the builder was. Dont guess that is quite as important as getting your views. As you seem to be so up with the market and on top of your game. Again thanks for your ever so charming wit.

Oh by the way. You are wrong once again. I checked and it the best buy per square foot on the bay in Miramar for new construction.
But you may have hit upon something. It does say in the MLS, that there has been some strange happenings. I think it is haunted.
That puts you at 1 for 2. Batting .500 could make you a fortune in Major League Baseball. But I think you might have a tough time in the locker room.

NEW FINDINGS!
The house is not actually haunted. All of noices coming from the house have been found, however.
Early this morning, there were 17 Mexicans found living in the closets. The listing agent said no one ever knew they were in there. The power bill or water bill never increased at all. Come to find out, they would all sneak out the back door and bath in the bay during the middle of the night.
The realtor said at least one good thing came out of it though. They built some beautiful custom closets in there during their spare time and also fixed an old 57 Chevy, which the neighbor had sitting next door.
OK. I must ask one more question and need the truth. Is Shelly and Capricious the same person? Brother and sister? Boyfriend and girfriend? Next door neighbors? And if so, I bet that is one depressing neighborhood.

Odd that he wanted info on a property that he discovered less than 12 hours after posting was occupied by 17 people, not ghosts.

NEW FINDINGS!I can't speak for Shelly and Capricious as brother and sister. Were your parents siblings? I keep reading the above trying to see it from your point of view...just can't seem to get my head that far up my butt.

Actually my parents were not siblings but close. They were more of a father and daughter thing. But he loved her so much.
This may go a little over your head but I'll try anyway....
My father is also my grandfather. According to my mother.
As for your head being up your butt.....Please be carefull as the antennas sticking out of your head (your photo) may create intestinal bleeding. Good luck with that stunt.

Okay, I had to look -- nothing like a train wreck. At least you got two people to look at the listing, maybe. I'm not sure if I'm looking at the correct one. There are no homes on Bayshore Dr currently listed for $1.35 million. However, I did find a Bayfront home priced higher, which has a hot tub, and I see a photo of some drawers in a closet. I see no mention of the neighbors 57 Chevy, but I do see notes that the builder and the Listing Agent are a part owners of the home. Perhaps you are the builder, no?
There is nothing wrong with trying to promote your own property, so why all the secrets? It just makes it seem shady. Just post the mls number and link for people to see photos. It would probably draw more positive attention.

The link to the MLS listing doesn't work (you need a username & password) which makes me think this whole thread is one SAD attempt to generate interest in a property.
Don't know why they think posting that the house contains ghosts and such great security that they didn't notice umpteen homeless people living there would improve its odds of selling though

Seems to be a lot of bayfront homes for sale on that street. One of them is 4596 sq. feet for $1,000,000. That seems to be a good price as well. Here is a virtual tour link.

maybe they should offer it as a homeless shelter and get a tax benefit

maybe they should offer it as a homeless shelter and get a tax benefitIf they do, I'll take the top dresser in the closet, and save me a seat on the pool deck. I wouldn't dare go into the hot tub if it were a homeless shelter.

I may actually sneak over there tonight and move in with the Mexicans. I dont actually know the mls number. It was a cream Mediteranean stule home. I'm always looking at property and I actually live 1 mile from the home on the bay also. I know it was 1.3 something.
You are right. There are several Bay homes for sale on that street. I know Dixon Kazak built several in that area.
Oh well. We definately have some jousting going on. No blood drawn yet, though.

elgordoboy,
Thanks for your thoughts regarding the hat. I never thought about it, but you may be right. I was have to hang upside down a couple of hours ago as my face was looking a little pale. I definately got color back to my face but my hat fell off.
I don't plan on putting new photo on without hat, so don't worry. Although the little furry tassle on top really tickles.
