It sounds like a great property at a reasonable price, though in the wrong location for me!
Kudos to them for including the "amenities" of skinny dipping and sunbathing!

"...It sounds like a great property at a reasonable price..."
Not enough detail to tell.
I've driven a lot of miles to look @ places that had flaws
not apparent until one walks the boundaries oneself.
But undeveloped/ un subdivided waterfront is the only
property I have any real interest in, and that was about
the only thing posted to this board that was even close.
I have no interest in 35 ft by 80 ft lots.
Lots of possibilities elsewhere, though. Some property
on lakes up around Chipley and so forth. And points further
north.
As to location, as long as it's south of here, I'll have a look
at it.

I appreciate your response.
While I can assure you that I am not a Realtor or a real estate agent,
I have been talking with an agent in that region. While I
have not signed a buyer's agency agreement with this agent
as yet, I probably would use them in the event I wanted to
make an offer on something.
Thank you.

Thank you Cap. My office is in Grayton Beach however if this other agent does not work I have a friend of 40 years who is an agent an knows that region like the back of his hand, along with most properties owners. Both of us grow up in north Walton County.
Again, email me and I will share his name with you if you have interest.

Sorry guys, did not check email or the site as I was out of town having fun.
The land is on the Shoal River east 4.5 miles from Crestview. It is off Airport Road via Randy Road.
Undeveloped, nature trail from dirt road access to cleared acre on the river.
County has just purchased land nearby to make a park/boat ramp and will improve the road.
Any structure must be up 5' from grade. Most people build up 8-10' on pilings. The land can get water on parts when there is a major flood or hurricane. However the land along the river is a high bluff that I have never seen flood and that is where most would build.
No utilities at this time but that may change with the county building.
Any other questions? Thanks
