Would anyone out there be interested in taking over payments on the lot below (please click the link to view details)? Think she owes somewhere around $95,000.

The sad part of these listings is that those of us who believe in this area and what a great value these lots/houses will be looking back several years from now, have more then we can say grace over on our plates today. Good luck in finding a buyer who will be a very happy person down the road.

Thanks for the love Buckhead Rick. And yes, we agree that there will be a day when folks will be talking about another missed opportunity. We were recently surprised to read an article in the Boston Globe about Apalachicola -- didn't expect that one.
