I like the idea of a simple, beautiful (in a Frank Lloyd Wrightish kind of way), well-built, highly energy efficient medium size home 'tween the tiny house and [SIZE=-1]conspicuously consumptive[/SIZE] McMansion.

I'd like to say I could do that but I am a major pack rat. Just me and I have enough stuff to fill out my 1300 sq. ft.place and then some. I am SO downsizing if I move to SoWal... I am already taking advantage of Craigslist to sell some stuff off...
