Hey everybody! We'll be having a huge open house in Cypress Breeze Plantation this Saturday from 11:00-3:00. We'll be having drawings for a gift basket, $50 gift certificate to Cuvee beach, and a $50 gift certificate to Creollas. Everybody is welcome to come out and join the fun.
This neighborhood is waiting to explode folks. Located only 1/2 mile from Gulf Place and Ed Walline beach access. There is now a bike/golf cart path down 393 to the beach. The neighborhood has the largest swimming pool in Sowal!! The association dues are only $225 a quarter and the insurance is very reasonable for this area. You can get homes under $500,000 and lots at around $150,000.

We have 15 clowns that walk around on the 10 foot tall stilts. Midget pony rides. I mean the small horses, not midgets riding on ponies! We also have U2 playing live at the pool. Oh, and balloons, lots of balloons.
