I have a Seagrove Highlands 2nd floor unit for sale. Unit is 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 1,126 sf with 10' ceilings and is an end unit. If you're not familiar with the project, you can see information at www.seagrovehighlands.com. The unit has not been furnished, but I am willing to include a furniture allowance in the final sales price.
I'll gladly pay a realtor commission for an acceptable offer and sale. Unit is priced to sell at $375,000, which is $50,000 less than the lowest priced Seagrove Highlands 3/2 unit on the MLS.

Construction on the first 2 buildings is complete. Two additional buildings are planned, but don't expect those to happen until market conditions justify it.
