We have buyers who are looking to purchase a RV Park / Mobile Home Park. On the water would be a plus and the bigger the better ... 100 + spaces/pads. They have no intentions of redeveloping and would like to keep as an operational RV Park.
Things they need to know:
1. How many pads?
2. Is it town or city water / sewer?
3. What is the cap rate?
