What is wrong with the lot?

:idontno: It does touch the corner of the Pt Washington Cemetary, but other than that, I don't know. I like that area back there.

SJ Reminded me that it does not back up to State land. Still a great priced lot! I will give this less then a 5 day life span on the open market if lot checks out good (No wetlands).

they'd be pretty quiet too. i was looking at a house that backed up to the cemetary over there. only three houses on the street. talk about quite quiet:cool:
