Okay, not so fast. Here's what we are looking for: small complex, preferably no elevators. Good gulf view; beachfront preferred. No new complexes. Inlet Beach #1, but will consider other smaller, less populated communiities. Had great unit at Perdido Key but Ivan took it. Looking to replace. Have agent in the area. bamcon, what price point are you interested in? There's no sense in people offering you suggestions if it's not a price you like. Also, what condition, seeing you're asking for older complexes. Are you good at fixing up or do you want something turn-key ready?
