Hello! I have a furnished guest room that has opened back up for November. I am located off Hwy 98 and only 12 mins from the Watercolor/Seaside area. I am looking to rent out the room till January of 2026. It has great amenities. I am on the top floor. You have your own walk-in closet and private bath. Right next to the Elementary school - Dune Lakes. The rent - $1,050/month and wifi is only $25. You have to like pets, be clean, and respectful. Please send message if interested!
