Blue Orleans Restaurant is for sale; asking $25,000. All equipment in great shape. Three year lease with 2 year option. The rent is $1605.00 per month, for first 2 years, then it goes up $100 a year for the next 3 years. The restaurant also has the only grandfathered in drive thru window in walton county. I am also willing to finance some of the sale over a year or so.

In case ya'll are wondering why I'm selling is that my wife is becoming a grandmother and we are moving back to cajun country.
