My husband and I are staying at Blue Mountain Beach the first week in May. I would like some dining choices close by. I love the Red Bar. We've also tried The 331 (also very good). Not really interested in chain restaurants or driving all the way into Destin for a meal. I'm new posting here but have enjoyed reading everyone's posts.

Actually, 331 is now closed. You can try Stinkys in Dune Allen, Goatfeathers in Blue Mountain Beach, Hurricane Oyster Bar in Grayton Beach and always the Red Bar.

Thanks for the recommendations. We're planning on staying 4 or 5 nights. I can hardly wait! We'll have to give some of these a try. We haven't been down since August.

We went to D and K's and can't wait to go back. The food and atmosphere was amazing. When my husband asks what we are doing for dinner I tell him Barbque shrimp. We haven't been able to make that flight back yet:idontno:.

Enjoy all the great recommendations.

If you like Greek food, I recommend Cafe Bouzouki. They are in the former Grecian Gardens restaurant on 30A in Blue Mountain Beach. Tasty gyros, falafel, pitas, hummus, greek salad, and more. Friendly owners, very reasonable prices and great for takeout.

Enjoy!

We have tried a lot of restaurants in this area, and in our opinion, you can't go wrong with Cafe 30A. Food is excellent as well as the service. Not cheap, but well worth it.

You may want to try Yianni's. Located in Seagrove in a small strip shopping center. Not much to look at but the food is surprisingly good and reasonably priced.

My friends just returned from the beach last week and raved about the wonderful meal they had at D&K's. They stay in Destin, but make a special trip to Grayton to eat there. Way to go!!!

Hi. I am Shea the owner of Flip-Flops Grill in Seagrove... We are new place but have become a favorite place for many locals. Our dinining is very casual (Flip-Flops) and we serve the best burgers on 30-A, in addtion to Chili Dogs, Blackened Grouper Po-Boys, and all sort of other items. Our prices are some of the best on 30-A...check us out!

Even though we live here we ate at the D&Ks for the first time since the remodel.

It was great.

Also, for place close by Basmati's is pretty good, too.
