Fire will be open for service on New Year's Eve with regular hours from 5:30P.M.- 10:00P.M. We will offer the regular menu as well as a 5 course prix fixe for $65. Here is the menu:
1st Course -- Chorizo and Sweet Potato Soup with Lime Creme Fraiche
2nd Course -- Stone Crab Spring Roll with Chile Oil and Topped with Black
Bean-Pineapple Relish
3rd Course -- "Buffalo" Style Tempura Fried Grouper Cheeks with Charles
Bush's Mixed Asian Greens, Soy Vinaigrette, and Great Hill
Bleu Cheese
4th Course -- Braised Veal Shank with Goat Cheese-Thyme Potato Puree,

5th Course -- Peanut Butter and Jelly Creme Brulee
