On a recent trip to SoWal I ventured north to eat here. Never found it and wound up at Eds(very good by the way). Where is it exactly? Good luck with the sale! Sounds like a great opportunity.

Big City is under contract! Freeport is in for a real treat. I can not release buyers name yet but we are all real excited about the buyer! He has years and years of experience and going to be hands on in this venture! :clap:

What's the secret? I've got a technique one could try...drop cryptic hints about knowing a secret about selling area real estate. Drop these hints on the well known internet message board that services said area. Maybe I should get an infomercial going quick before someone else tries this....hope I am not too late...oops.
