I just saw a menu for the little place on west end of 30A called Heart and Soul. They specialize in healthy food for breakfast and lunch. Also deliver!!!
Free range chicken salads and wraps, organic coffee for in the morning with your breakfast. Quite a few items to choose from. They also have healthy bag lunches for the children. I'm certainly going to check them out and looking forward to it.
Oh yes..........fish wraps too ;-) good stuff!

The best lunch I have had in a long time! :clap_1: Give it a whirl before they get too busy. It reminds me of a cantina in Costa Rico. They need a little more "funk" hanging on the walls but the food is incredible. Very healthy flair.

We live close to it so when I'm walking to pic up River from school, I get to smell the yummy scents wafting outside. So I jusy called in my order & piled the crew in the stroller with a basket to tote the food home. Reminds me of "snaks" in Curacao, little stands/houses set up, selling speciality, quick food.
