Anticipating our trip to Seaside in July, my husband and I were trying to think of a good, fun Mexican place around 30-A. You know the type - fun Mexican music, good margaritas, lots of people - kind of like the Red Bar goes south of the border. Does anyone know of such a place? Thanks!

I don't use many recipes, I just wing it, doing it differently every time, although I do have a good recipe for Shreded Chix Tortilla Soup somewhere. Thanks for the tips!
Here is a LaPaz menu item -- Barbecued Shrimp Quesadilla. Easy to make and delicious! Just make the usual quesadilla and sautee some shrimp for the meat. Top off with barbecue sauce, quac, and sour creme. I still use cumin, chili powder, and garlic to season the peppers.
Me too. I should have turned into salsa by now.Ditto and ditto.
I might have Mexican for lunch now I'm so hungry.
