Banana nut pancake recipe from donut hole

Hi! I am a frequent visitor to the Santa Rosa area for 35 years now and I have been forever searching for the recipe or most similar recipe of the banana nut pancakes from the donut hole bakery. Does anyone have any ideas? I would pay for someone to ship me some perhaps frozen or on dry ice!! Wow! Yum
