New Marina in Freeport?

I heard from someone today that the long awaited "marina" was open in Freeport. Can anyone confirm this along with any details such as what they are offering (fuel, travellift, etc.) It would be great as the service at the few remaining places in FWB leaves a bit to be desired IMHO.
