I am always full of chips, salsa and queso when my food comes. 😀

I don't know what you mean by authentic but it is good. The menu has similar dishes to other Mexican restaurants with some unique twists.

Since the Margaritas are huge, this might be a good thread to post the phone number for Paradise Taxi. Plan ahead people. If you drink the Super Jumbo Margaritas, call a cab or ride with a sober designated driver.
