Lawn maintenance wanted with No Grass!

We are looking for someone/company that can pull and spray weeds on a monthly basis along with leaf pick up. We have a big oak tree that drops leaves all year around.

We do not have grass to mow and this is a new built home, so weeds are under control but we want to keep it that way.

Please respond if interested. We are in town thru Tues. So we would need to meet ASAP.
