30Avenue Holiday Open House is Dec. 12 from 12pm til 2pm
If 30Avenue were likened to a play, you could say the shops are its characters, and as with every good story there are a variety of personalities that create synergy and add depth to the storyline. This season, we hope you embrace the many characters in your life. With something for everyone on your list, we have set the stage for thoughtful gift giving.
Come join Santa, his helpers and roaming carolers who will help ring in the holiday spirit! 30Avenue merchants will offer special treats, door prizes and discounts!
You'll find Santa at Barbacoa Mexican Grill!
Saturday, Dec. 12 | 12-2pm
30Avenue is a new upscale shopping and dining destination on the eastern gateway to South Walton, just across the highway from Rosemary Beach. It's growing day by day, and not only has fantastic restaurants and boutiques, but premier office space on upper floors. Brick walkways and tall palms line a lush green space and an infinity reflecting pool. White stucco façades are similar to nearby Alys Beach architecture.

30Avenue will be a new venue at 30A Songwriters Festival taking place January 15-17, 2016 throughout South Walton.
