I have a corrupt OS and need it reinstalled, though I don't have the discs. Does anyone have a reputable computer company they use? does web30 still do repair?

what happened to the good ole days, when you could call the computer company and have them walk you through a reinstall over the phone? I've done that about three times.
The lack of the discs may present a problem, but you might try contacting MicroSoft and explaining your story, in hopes for getting replacement discs.
