Hard to believe I first shopped at Seaside's outdoor market more than 30 years ago. The kiosks and surrounding area are currently being remodeled and will re-open as individually-operated mini-stores.

Our version in Prospect KY, Norton Commons, borrowed the idea of the little cottages for 'incubators'. Some people have opened up bigger stores. (Noticed Watercolor is allowing golf carts.
