The construction projects will be completed in phases of 3 or 4 boardwalks at a time in effort to minimize access closure to any particular beach area where projects are scheduled. Construction phases are expected to take approximately 30 days each and are scheduled for beach accesses that are determined to have reached the end of their service life due to normal wear and tear.
Neighborhood Beach Accesses to be renovated or replaced include:
- Holley Street (renovation)
- Azalea/ Camellia Street (renovation)
- Gardenia Street (renovation)
- Pelayo Ave. (renovation)
- Ramsgate (complete replacement)
- Sugar Dunes (complete replacement)
- Gulf Lake Beach Estates (renovation)
- Seabreeze (renovation)
- Seacrest Dr. (renovation)
- Wall St. (complete replacement)
