Happening December 8, 2021 at 4 p.m., local leaders in fire and emergency services will hold a Prescribed Burning Town Hall. It's open to the public to attend via Zoom.
We welcome anyone who would like to learn more about Florida's annual prescribed burning program on public lands. Discussions will include the benefits of prescribed fire, as well as the preparations and evaluations on local state forests and parks.
