Request to approve the rental of 2 -4 golf carts for transporting visitors from the Hwy. 283 parking lot to the Grayton Beach access at a cost not to exceed $35,000.00.

Where do they power up the carts?
I’m sure they’re going to run out of juice running back and forth.
Their gas, it's like riding on a tall go-kart with twice the noise!

Yep. The golf carts are noisy gas things. They run all day long. For kayak launching, the 4 spots by the dock fill up fast. Nowhere else to park. So, the new way they want you to do it is:
1. Drive to the launch and put your kayak/board in.
2. Drive to the parking lot.
3. Take the shuttle back to The Red Bar.
4. Walk back down to the dock to do your kayaking/ boarding.
