Cost to build? Maybe $140-180 a square foot for the house and maybe $50k for the pool. What will you be charged? None of the builders get off their ass for less than $400 and more realistically at least $500 a square foot.

Pools I haven’t seen anyone willing to build for less than $65k since pre COVID. And that’s a 12x24 kiddie pool with mediocre deck material. Probably looking at $90k for something standard for Seagrove.

That's too broad a range. 4-8 bedrooms, over 6 you may be getting into structural steel.

So to answer your question, depending on finishes you're looking at anywhere from $400-$2500/sq ft.
