Turtle Bale Green at Alys Beach

Turtle Bale Green was recently completed in Alys Beach, and is already a popular place to visit for South Walton beach lovers. It consists of bronze sea turtles, eggs, and hatchlings along the pedestrian path to the Gulf on the south side of Scenic 30A, just across from the Alys sales center and Raw & Juicy. The spot is shaded by towering palms and is becoming a "must see" in SoWal, especially for kids. The sculptures, fountain, and watercourse are meant to honor our local ecology. Kentucky-based artist Dan Dutton sculpted the turtles.
