Appropriately named “Center Stage”, this sophisticated town center apartment is ideally located in the heart of Seaside, right in the middle of Seaside's Central Square. The deck is the premiere spot to be for any event in the Seaside amphitheatre (see 4th of July fireworks at the end of the video).
A proposed Hampton Inn at the eastern end of Seagrove Beach on Scenic Highway 30A has generated fierce opposition from SoWal locals, second homeowners, and beach lovers from across the country.
WaterSound West Beach resident Ehan Lyell has created an online petition against the building of the hotel. The petition has more then 9,000 signatures. The proposed 44,205 square-foot hotel would have 90 rooms on 2.4 acres.
Every statistic for single family homes shows a year over year increase in the annual real estate report for Walton County, Which includes South Walton. In addition, the report has easy to read graphs of statistics over the past six years showing the upward trend and overall strength of the South Walton real estate market. As the number of sales have increased, inventory has dropped and prices have risen.
