Architect Walter Chatham designed this special beach home in Seaside. It's been featured on the cover of Architectural Record as “House of the Year", and was awarded the prestigious “Award of Excellence” by the American Institute of Architects. The home has also been featured on the covers of Thirty-A Review, Florida Architecture, Houston magazine, and six major books on outdoor Florida architecture.
