Two favorite SoWal.com Dining Partners are offering classes through Vicki McCain's Kitchenique Cooking School in Miramar Beach this month - so fun and so delicious!

The 4th Annual Sip n Shop event at Sandestin on April 4 is set to be one fabulous day of shopping, eating, and sipping! As a part of the Chi Chi Miguel Throwdown weekend, Sip n Shop brings together local vendors and winemakers in an effort to raise money and awareness for Alaqua Animal Refuge.

The 28th Annual Sandestin Wine Festival is sure to be the tastiest yet. SoWal.com and Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort have teamed up to give one lucky winner a SoWal Beach Vacation during the festival weekend, Apr. 10-13, 2014. One lucky beach & wine lover will receive a two-night stay in a Sandestin Luau Studio Condo, tickets to the Friday night Grand Tasting, golf, and $100 dinner at Elephant Walk.

The 3rd Annual 30A Wine Festival returns to Alys Beach March 7-9 with a showcase of premiere wine producers and culinary favorites. The three-day festival features live music, wine tasting seminars, and wine & culinary grand tastings in one of the most beautiful settings on Florida's Gulf Coast.

The Back Yard of Love is an absolute favorite in Grayton Beach. Locals know how special it is and every year more tourists find it and fall in love. The quaint gem is situated on the grounds of Hibiscus Coffee & Guesthouse, under a canopy of majestic old oaks. It may be the coziest spot in town and the perfect place to enjoy Sunday brunch, a cold mimosa, and some great live music.
 

Award-winning Moe's Original Bar B Que will soon be serving up southern-style bbq and soul food in Panama City Beach! Opening any day now, Ryan Helsley, Will Casanova and Trace Armstrong are putting the finishing touches on their restaurant located just east of Pier Park. The BBQ joint features Alabama-style BBQ, seafood favorites such as fried catfish, and made from scratch southern sides. Beer and wine will be served as well as specialty cocktails such as the Bushwacker and Bloody Moe. 

If there is one food that sums up Gulf Coast goodness it just may be a good pot of gumbo. One thing we know for sure is that we love a good bowl, and you can get yourself one of the best in the world right here in SoWal at the Sandestin Gumbo Festival.
