Winston Lane is on the western border of Inlet Beach where it meets Rosemary Beach. The part of Winston Lane that meets Scenic 30A is one-way so you have to travel east a couple of blocks from the intersection of Scenic 30A and Hwy 98, then turn south on South Wall Street, then right on Walton Rose Lane, then left on Winston Lane until it dead ends at the gulf.
But be aware that since there is no parking at the access it is for people on bike or on foot from the neighborhood. There is plenty of parking, along with restrooms and outdoor showers about 1/4 mile east at the Inlet Beach Access, which has some nice dunes and 3 dune walkovers.
