Viridian Ventures, LLC has commenced construction on Viridian Seagrove, a luxury condominium to be located at the corner of Scenic Highway 30A and County Road 395 in Seagrove Beach. The gulf view residences will be situated atop V Seagrove restaurant which will be closed until Spring 2016 during the initial phase of construction. Upon completion, the development will also include retail/commercial space and/or an additional restaurant at the north end of the property. The total build out will be known as “Downtown Seagrove.”

“The project is the fruition of a long term vision to enhance the 30A community with an inspired and deliberate use of this outstanding property,” said Chip Haring, onsite developer representing Viridian Ventures, LLC headquartered in Austin, TX, and Cosmo Palmieri managing member. “Viridian Seagrove will offer a one-of-a-kind experience for owners with spacious upscale units, onsite restaurant(s) and retail/commercial, gulf views from every residence and a gulf front community green leading to private beach access. By limiting to eight residences, it will allow for a personalized environment with greater attention to service.”

Featuring a striking art deco style that was widely used in Seagrove Beach when it was founded in 1949, Viridian Seagrove residences will be three bedrooms, three bathrooms and 3,000 to 4,000 square feet. Each contemporary-style unit will have a study, expansive outdoor living areas and premium finishes. Initial onsite amenities will include covered parking, V Seagrove restaurant, a common gulf front green, a private boardwalk to the beach and concierge service.

“Viridian Seagrove will provide an intimate atmosphere for owners and guests seeking a luxurious and private experience still close to all of the activity of South Walton,” explained Hunter Harman, broker/partner at Beach Properties of Florida. “There is no other location available in the area that offers this combination of convenience to both the beach and area activities and luxury with direct access to a four star restaurant, customized concierge services and much more.”

The principals at Viridian Ventures LLC have developed commercial, residential and hotel projects all over the Southeast including Florida, Alabama and Texas. The team bringing Viridian Seagrove to the market is designer DAG Architects, builder Arkon Group Construction Company and sales agency Beach Properties of Florida. Live Simple, Inc. will actively manage the property upon completion which is scheduled for Summer 2017.

What are the plans for all the additional traffic/congestion resulting from all of this expansion in such a small area??? Viridian Ventures LLC looking at solving that PROBLEM???

It is 8 condos. The impact will be less now that Seagrove Market is gone from that spot along with Snappy Turtle. The project is approved and moving forward.

Not sure how the plane has changed exactly but the little building to the north, seen in 2nd image above, will now be the new Seagrove Village Market Cafe. The design will likely be reminiscent of the old market, not as shown above.
