Opinions please on rate for Katrina Cottage, long term rental

Thanks everyone for your responses.
I just found a very nice 3-bedroom Katrina Cottage in excellent condition that's been refurbished. It has a good sized master and two small bedrooms.
It only has one bathroom but it's quite large since the Katrina Cottages had to be ADA compliant. It also has hook-ups for a washer and dryer.
As soon as my current tenants move out in a couple of weeks, I can demo the old trailer and start prepping the site. I hope it won't take too long to get permits from Walton County.
I need to spruce up my deck, which has wonderful gulf views.
I'll keep my fingers crossed and hope for late October.
