I'm not sure how to respond to this. I can't tell if you are joking or serious.
This rental is for a house not for a bedroom. A room for rent this close to the beach in this area goes for $1,100 - 1,200. If you are looking for a 1bd/1ba house for $1,200, then maybe look up in Defuniak. There are apartments close to Freeport where you might can get a 2 bedroom to share at $2,400. 1bd/1ba apartments along HWY 98 and HWY 331 are $1,800-1,900.
